"My route into tech was far from traditional! After surviving domestic abuse, I focused on rebuilding a safe, stable environment and future for my family. From my kitchen table, I developed a practical approach to learning and confidence, building a new tech career. I later adapted that approach to support my eldest son’s professional development, helping him become an IT professional with no qualifications from school - eventually securing an IT role at Arsenal Football Club!

INeedWork.com brings together that lived experience with more than 20 years of tech professionalism helping FTSE 100 companies, charities, the NHS and public sector bodies in central & local government to identify and recruit people talent to build high performing teams that smashed it!

Over the past decade, I’ve continued to adapt and use this practical, empathetic approach to support young people and adults to find direction, build confidence and take realistic next steps. Over 90% of those we've supported have secured work or income streams 💫.
